Warrior's Son Coffee Co. is operated by Warriors Son LLC, located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

We specialize in premium, small-batch roasted coffee inspired by American heritage. Our products are roasted and packaged with care to provide the highest quality coffee possible.

Our product names and branding honor the courage, sacrifice, and legacy of those who have served our country. References to military history or heritage are intended as expressions of appreciation and respect and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the United States Armed Forces, the Department of Defense, or any government agency.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account (if available), subscribing to our services, or purchasing products from Warrior's Son Coffee Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy, and any additional policies posted on our website, which are considered part of this agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products through our website.

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in packaging, labeling, or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, packaging, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time offers cannot be applied retroactively unless specifically stated.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate pricing, or product information at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If a pricing error materially affects your order, we will notify you before processing the order and provide the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.

7. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Warrior's Son Coffee Co.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, involve pricing errors, exceed available inventory, or cannot be fulfilled.

If an order is canceled after payment has been authorized, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Title to products transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

8. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

If a payment is declined or later reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend future orders, deny service, or pursue any available legal remedies.

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Warrior's Son Coffee Co. proudly roasts and ships orders from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the timeframe described in our Shipping & Handling Policy. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, periods of unusually high order volume, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates only and are outside of our control. Warrior's Son Coffee Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier interruptions, customs processing, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Additional information regarding shipping methods, processing times, and delivery expectations is available in our Shipping & Handling Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Returns & Refunds

Because our coffee is freshly roasted and is considered a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges of coffee once it has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product;
  • Issue a store credit;
  • Issue a partial or full refund; or
  • Provide another reasonable solution.

Photographs of damaged products or packaging may be requested to assist with the evaluation of claims.

Refunds, if approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we encourage you to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

While we will gladly assist customers in working with the carrier, Warrior's Son Coffee Co. cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Claims for lost shipments remain subject to the carrier's investigation procedures.

12. Subscription Orders

Certain products may be offered through recurring subscription plans.

Subscription purchases are governed by our separate Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription option selected during checkout until the subscription is modified or canceled in accordance with our Subscription Policy.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with our Subscription Policy regarding subscription purchases, the Subscription Policy shall control with respect to those purchases.

13. Wholesale Orders

Approved wholesale customers may purchase products under separate pricing structures, agreements, or purchasing terms established by Warrior's Son Coffee Co.

Wholesale transactions may be governed by additional Wholesale Agreements, Wholesale Policies, or invoices that supplement these Terms.

If a conflict exists between these Terms and an executed Wholesale Agreement, the Wholesale Agreement shall govern the wholesale relationship.

Warrior's Son Coffee Co. reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

14. Product Availability

We work diligently to maintain accurate inventory levels; however, product availability cannot be guaranteed.

Occasionally, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to inventory discrepancies, supplier delays, seasonal availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may:

  • Cancel the unavailable item and refund the purchase price;
  • Offer a comparable substitute with your approval;
  • Delay shipment until inventory becomes available; or
  • Cancel the affected order in its entirety if necessary.

15. Promotional Offers & Discounts

From time to time, Warrior's Son Coffee Co. may offer promotional pricing, coupon codes, subscription discounts, or limited-time sales.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined.
  • Promotions have no cash value.
  • Expired promotions cannot be honored.
  • Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Warrior's Son Coffee Co. reserves the right to cancel promotional offers resulting from technical errors, pricing mistakes, or misuse of promotional codes.
