π Processing & Handling
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3β5 business days after payment is received.
- Freshness-first roasting: We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Because of this artisanal process, shipping may be slightly delayed. We strive to ship all orders within 5 days of placement.
- Weekend/holiday orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping confirmation: Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
π Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Service area: We currently ship within the United States only.
- Transit time: Standard shipping times range from 3β7 business days, depending on your location.
- Free shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $75.00 (before tax and after discounts).

- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
- Qualification: Free shipping applies automatically when your order total qualifies.

- Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- Delays: Warriors Son Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
π¬ Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at warriorssoncoffee@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
- Lost in transit: If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
β Returns & Refunds
- All sales final: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final.
- No returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.
