  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Freshness-first roasting: We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Because of this artisanal process, shipping may be slightly delayed. We strive to ship all orders within 5 days of placement.
  • Weekend/holiday orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping confirmation: Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Service area: We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Transit time: Standard shipping times range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Free shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $75.00 (before tax and after discounts).
