Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of recurring subscription products ("Subscription") offered by Warrior's Son Coffee Co. ("Warrior's Son Coffee," "we," "us," or "our") through warriorssoncoffee.com ("Site"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
By purchasing a Subscription, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- You reside within an area where Warrior's Son Coffee Co. currently ships Subscription products.
2. Subscription Products
Our subscriptions are designed to ensure you never run out of freshly roasted coffee.
Subscriptions are available on most of our coffee offerings, including our Single Origin Roasts and Heritage Blends.
The following products are generally not eligible for subscription unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Seasonal Roasts
- Limited Release Coffees
- Commemorative Coffees
- Special Edition Coffees
- Collaboration Roasts
We reserve the right to add, remove, or discontinue subscription-eligible products at any time.
3. Subscription Plans
We currently offer two recurring subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription – Save 5% on each recurring order.
- Biweekly Subscription – Save 7% on each recurring order.
Subscriber discounts apply only to eligible products and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Warrior's Son Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, subscriber discounts, eligible products, or subscriber benefits at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription renewals.
4. Billing & Payment
Your first payment is processed when you place your subscription order.
Future recurring payments will automatically process on the same calendar day as your original purchase based on the delivery frequency you selected.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Warrior's Son Coffee Co. to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, until your subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the charge. Continued payment failures may result in your subscription being paused or canceled.
5. Fresh-Roasted Coffee
Every subscription order is roasted fresh before shipment.
Because each order is prepared specifically for you, subscription orders that have entered the roasting process or have shipped cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
6. Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.
At this time, subscriptions cannot be modified after they have been created.
If you wish to:
- Change your coffee selection
- Change your grind type
- Change your bag size
- Change your delivery frequency
you must cancel your existing subscription and create a new subscription with your preferred selections.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not affect any order that has already been processed, roasted, or shipped.
There are:
- No cancellation fees
- No minimum purchase commitment
- No long-term contracts
7. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to you once your order has been accepted by the carrier.
Warrior's Son Coffee Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, we generally cannot accept returns on coffee products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
9. Privacy
We collect and use your information to process and manage your Subscription in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments and recurring billing are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Resell Subscription products without our written permission.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Use unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods.
- Attempt to interfere with or circumvent our ordering, billing, or payment systems.
11. Disclaimer
Coffee is an agricultural product, and natural variations occur from harvest to harvest.
Flavor characteristics, tasting notes, aroma, and appearance may vary slightly depending on crop conditions, roast date, brewing method, and storage.
These natural variations are part of the specialty coffee experience and are not considered product defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Warrior's Son Coffee Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your Subscription or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for Subscription Products during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability; therefore, portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Warrior's Son Coffee Co., its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Site or Subscription program.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we may attempt to resolve any concerns informally.
15. Changes to These Terms
Warrior's Son Coffee Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will apply to future subscription renewals. Continued participation in the Subscription program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
