Honduras Santa Rosa

This single origin roast has a wonderful rich taste with notes of sweet cocoa, caramel, milk chocolate, and raisin.  These notes come from the rich soil composition and terrific altitudes (1,000-1,200 meters) and with the hard work of exceptional smallholder farmers working together, now export some of the best coffee from Honduras. We roast in small batches, which gives us the availability to control the roasts flavor and uniqueness.
