To honor 250 years of American liberty (1776–2026), we set out to create more than just another coffee. We wanted to craft a roast that captured the spirit of the era that shaped our nation.

Inspired by the roasting styles of Revolutionary America, Libertas was carefully developed to reflect what coffee may have tasted like during the founding of our country—reimagined with the quality and precision of modern specialty coffee.

The result is a smooth, balanced medium roast with notes of orchard fruit, rich cocoa, raspberry jam, and sweet spice, offering a cup that's both familiar and memorable.
